VIEW MENU – M.S. WORD 2016 TUTORIALS –SCIENCE TUTOR


View Menu is the last menu provided by M.S. Word 2016. This menu is very useful for hide or show controls i.e. Views, Hide/Show Rulers, Gridlines, Navigation Panes, View Documents in One Page, Multiple pages in one page. Split documents and lots more. The various menus are including in View Menu: Views/Layouts, Show, Zoom, Window and Macros.


Views/Layouts: In this group of menu contains various page views or layouts such as Reading Mode, Print Layout, Web layout, Outline and Draft. These are useful as need these options.

Show Menu: this menu is useful for Hide or Show the Gridlines, Ruler Bars and Navigation Pane.


Zoom Menu: This option is very useful for view your document in magnified view. So you can easily review or read whole document clearly. Or show all pages in one page. Adjust page width and lots more useful options are containing in Zoom Menu.

Window Menu: this option is useful for splitting your current document in two or more different windows. Switch between windows. Combine different Windows in one window in Word Processor.


Macros Menu: This is only for developers or Experts only. This menu is useful in contacting your M.S. Word Application with other applications such as Excel, PPT, Access, Visual Basic, Oracle, HTMLS and many more.
